Mohler-Stremming
Charlotte Ann Mohler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence H. Mohler, Silver Lake, and David Alan Stremming, son of Mr. and Mrs. A.H. Stremming were married at 7:30 p.m. April 21 in the Silver Lake Methodist Church.
The Rev. Clyde Noyce officiated, and the bride's brother, Edward Mohler, was candlelighter.
The bride wore a street-length sheath dress of white satin with a white Chantilly lace overdress. The bell sleeves and hemline were finished with scallops. Her short veil was held by a tiara of crystals and Chantilly lace. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses, daisies and white carnations.
Sharon Mohler was her sister's maid of honor, and Ronald Stremming, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Ushers were the bride's brothers, Wendell Mohler, and Dennis Mohler.
A reception in the church followed the ceremony.
The bride is a graduate of Silver Lake High School and is employed by Topeka State Hospital. Mr. Stremming is also a graduate of Silver Lake High School and is employed by W.A.L. Thompson Hardware.
The couple is living at 1263 Harrison.
