    Marriage- Dennis, Linda-Rasch, Wayne
Linda Dennis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Dennis, is the bride of Wayne Rasch, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Rasch.

Their marriage took place at 8 p.m. December 22 in the Rossville Methodist Church. The bride’s grandfather, the Rev. J. S. Dennis, read the double ring ceremony. Musicians were Diane Swenson and the Rev. and Mrs. Don Jones, all of Rossville.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a floor length taffeta gown. It was designed with a bouffant skirt with apron effect scooped into a bustle in the back. Venice lace appliques trimmed the front of the bodice and were scattered over the skirt. A spired crown of seed pearls held her veil and she carried a cascade of red Happiness Roses.

Sue Dennis was her sister’s maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Carla Rasch and Pat Parr, both of Rossville. The attend¬ants wore princess style dresses of red peau de sole fashioned with a V-neckline and pointed sleeves. Their headpieces were wreaths of holly and they carried short cascades of red and white feathered carnations and holly.

Flower girl was Kay Billingsly. She wore a red peau de soie princess style dress with rounded collar, and sash in back. Her head- piece was a wreath of holly.

Jerroll Bahner, Silver Lake, was best man and groomsmen were J. W. Adams, Rossville, and James Dennis, Topeka.

Ushers were Douglas Martinek, Rossville, arid Rick Richards, Topeka.

Candlelighter was Ronald Rasch, brother of the groom. Matt Frost of Topeka was ring bearer.

A reception at the church followed the ceremony. Those assisting were Judy Owen, Mrs. Everett Tenpenny, Darcy Wilson and Charlene Perry.

The couple will be at home after January 3 at 1640 North Hillside, Wichita.

The bride is a graduate of John Marshall High School, Oklahoma City, and attended Clarks School of Business. She has been employed in the downtown Ed Marling Store,

Mr. Rasch was graduated from Rossville High School and is a sophomore at the University of Wichita. He is majoring in engineering.
