| Anniversary- Jackson, Robert and Jane Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jackson will celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of their wedding day to-day (Friday). It is expected that all the children will be present at the "golden wedding." Peter was at the depot Wednesday to meet his sister and brother--Agnes and Lawrence, of Riverside, California. When assembled, the following children will be present: Peter, William, Robert, Lawrence, Agnes, Mrs. Enoch, Mrs. Troutman, and Mrs. Geo. A. Yocum. We heartily congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Jackson and the children upon the happy gathering just spoken of. Fifty years of happy married life is something that falls to the lot of but few, and to celebrate their parents "golden wedding" is a distinction and a felicity that a very limited number of children enjoy. |
