    Janet Killinger, Silver Lake, and Leroy Carrell, Rossville, exchanged wedding vows Aug. 3, 1996, at the United Methodist Church in Silver Lake. The Rev. Marjorie Cox offici-ated at the 6 p.m. service.

    The bride is the daughter of Frank and Gene Killinger Jr., Topeka. The groom is the son of the late Clayton and Alverta Carrell.

    Bev Kennedy, Silver Lake, was the matron of honor. Bonny Cassella, Topeka, was the maid of honor.

    Clayton Hammes, Topeka, was best man. Todd Holmes, the bride’s son, was groomsman.

    Ushers were Frank E. Wade, the groom’s cousin; Greg Killinger, the bride’s brother; and Tim Hanna, the bride’s brother-in-law.

    Music was provided by Connie Reuck, organist, and Dean Faulk, soloist.

    Reception servers were Karen Hanna, the bride’s sister; Kelly Killinger, the bride’s sister-in-law; Tonia Bahner; and Sue Workman.

    Gifts were received by Cindy Shaw.
    A dinner and dance followed at the American Legion in Rossville.

    The couple took a honeymoon trip to Colorado and are at home in Rossville.
