Strands of purple and white reached from the arch to the chandeliers. The reception room and the dining room were decorated in leaves and white chrysanthemums. The bride looked pretty in a gown of white bridal satin with a beaded yoke and trimming used to finish the short-sleeves, high waist, and panel front She carried a shower bouquet of bride roses and fern.
