  Anniversary- Reser, William and Betty Bill and Betty Beser William “Bill” and Betty Reser, Topeka, will celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary with a family dinner hosted by their children and grandchildren. Betty Meats and William Reser were married Sept. 26,1958, at the United Methodist Church in LeRoy. Their two daughters are Dee Reser and Donna Larson, both of Topeka.
