  Obituary- Trimble, Amy Amy Louise Trimble Amy Louise Trimble, 85, Topeka, died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 1994, at a Topeka nursing home. Mrs. Trimble was a proofreader for Capper Publications and Stauffer Publications before she retired in 1971. She was born Nov. 10, 1908, in Grove, the daughter of Schuyler Colfax and Nellie Ellen Seymore Higbee. She was graduated from Silver Lake High school in 1928 and moved to Topeka in 1937. She was married to Curtis A. “Jack” Trimble on Dec. 2, 1936, in Lyndon, He survives. Other survivors include several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Trimble was preceded in death by an infant daughter in 1941. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Parker-Price Mortuary. Burial will be at Rossville Cemetery in Rossville. Mrs. Trimble will lie in state after 10 a.m. today at the mortuary. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1315 S.W. Arrowhead Road, Topeka, 66604.
