Information reached this city Tuesday morning that Mr. Geo. W. Burk, who resided on a farm a few miles from Rossville had been found dead in his bed.
Mr. Burk, who is a man of family, had eaten a hearty supper the evening previous and had gone to bed making no complaint of feeling unwell. About 8 o'clock in the morning, Mrs. Burk was awakened by his making a slight noise, and upon striking a light she found him in the last throes of death. His death resulted from heart disease. Mr. Bush [sic] was a man just in the prime of life and leaves a wife and five children.
