| Obituary- Adams, Marjorie Services were held Saturday for Mrs. Marjorie Adams, 23, who passed away Wednesday in a Topeka hospital. She was born January 8, 1945 at Topeka where she lived until 1964 when she moved to Rossville.
She is survived by her husband, Fred Adams, at home, two daughters, Betty Ann and Roberta and two sons, Fred Jr. and Robert, all of the home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Failer, Rossville, and a sister, Mrs. Katherine Maus, four brothers John Failer, Emmett, Dale Failer with the U.S. Army Ft. Hood, Texas, James and Richard Failer of Rossville, Burial was in Rossville Cemetery, Dec 12, 1968.
Young mother dies of cancer –
Services were held Saturday in a Topeka funeral chapel for Mrs. Marjorie Ann Adams, 23, Route 1, Rossville, who died last Wednesday night in a Topeka hospital. She had cancer. Mrs. Adams was born Jan 8, 1945, at Topeka, where she lived until she moved to Rossville in 1964. Survivors include her husband; Fred E. Adams, at home; two daughters; Betty Ann Adams and Roberta Adams, both at home; two sons, Fred R Adams Jr., and Robert Adams, both at home; Her parents: Mr. and Mrs. John Failer, Rossville; a sister: Mrs. Katherine Maus, Route 8, Topeka; and four brothers: John Failer, Emmett; Dale Failer, with the U.S. Army at Ft. Hood, Tex.; James Failer and Richard Failer, both of Rossville. Burial was made in Rossville Cemetery.
