| Obituary- Bures, Alice 1 Alice Diehl Gentry Bures, 73, Topeka, died Tuesday, Aug. 31, 1993 at a Topeka nursing home.
Mrs. Bures was a dental and medical assistant for 26 years in Topeka. She was born Oct. 16, 1919, at Rossville, the daughter of Frank E. and Ina M. Moore Nitzscke Diehl. She attended Rossville public schools and was graduated from Rossville High School. She had lived in Topeka more than 50 years.
Mrs. Bures was a member of First Christian Church in Topeka and a former member of Rossville Christian Church.
She was married to Richard B. Gentry April 1, 1939 at Rossville. He died Oct. 11, 1972. She was married to Frank W. Bures in Nov. 1973. He died June 21, 1983.
Survivors include two sons, A. Barry Gentry, Topeka, and Michael A. Gentry, Houston; a stepson, Stephen G. Bures, Chicago; a sister, Ruth A Martinek, Rossville; and seven grandchildren.
Services will at at 11 a.m. Friday in Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Family and friends will meet from 7 until 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Alice Diehl Gentry Bures, 73, Topeka, died Tuesday, August 31, 1993, at a Topeka nursing home.
Mrs. Bures was a dental and medical assistant for 26 years in Topeka.

She was married to Richard B. Gentry on April 1, 1939 at Rossville. He died October 11, 1972. She married Frank W. Bures in November, 1973. He died June 21, 1983.
Survivors include two sons,A. Barry Gentry, Topeka, and Michael A. Gentry, Houston, Texas.; a sister, Ruth A. Martinek, Rossville; a step-son, Stephen G. Bures, Chicago, Ill.; and seven grandchildren.
Services were at 11 a.m. FriŽday at Penwell-Gabel Chapel.
Burial was in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
