| Obituary-Carter, Nettie Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Countryside United Methodist Church in Topeka for Mrs. Nettie B. Carter, 89, formerly of 2527 Beverly Court. She died March 6 at a Temple City, Calif., nursing home.
She was born Nov. 29, 1895, north of Delia, the daughter of John T. and Nettie E. King Isnogle.
Mrs. Carter was a member of Countryside United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Telephone Pioneers of America and Beverly Court Garden Club, all at Topeka.
Her husband, David E. Carter, died March 8, 1968. A son, John Merlin Richardson, died Jan. 17, 1975.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Josephine Marne, Temple City, Calif.; a stepson, Marvin Carter, Arcadia, Calif.; a grandson; three step grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. The family will meet with friends from 7 until 8 p.m. Monday at Parker-Price Mortuary.
