Mrs. Lucille Gray Coleman, 70, Topeka, died Thursday, November 19, 1987, at the home of a daughter in Phoenix, AZ. She was visiting relatives in Phoenix.
She was born January 7, 1917, at Auburn, the daughter of Charles and Mabel Faust Correll. She lived in Delia many years before she moved to Mission Towers in Topeka two years ago.
Mrs. Coleman was a member of Oakland Church of Christ. She was married to Calvin LeRoy Coleman August 21, 1935 at Junction City. He died May 14, 1984.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Ethel Reeds and Mrs. Debbie Thompson, both of Phoenix, AZ, and Mrs. Vivian Vance, Holton; three sons, Roy Coleman and Steven "Joe" Coleman, both of Mayetta, and Dean Coleman, Derby; two brothers, Herbert Correll, El Dorado, and Marion Correll, Havensville; 11 grandchildren; and great-granddaughter.
Relatives and friends met at Parker-Price Mortuary in Topeka from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday. Graveside services were at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, November 22 1987, in Walnut Hill Cemetery at Grove northwest of Topeka.
