| Obituary- Duley, Johnny Johnny F. Duley
MISSION, Texas - Johnny F. Duley, 72, formerly of Topeka, Kan., died Monday, July 1, 1996, at his home in Mission, Texas.
Mr. Duley had worked 20 years for the Postal Supply Center in Topeka, Kan., be¬fore he retired in 1982. He served in mine warfare in the Navy during World War II.
He was born April 30, 1924, at Beloit, Kan., the son of Floyd and Wilda Duley. He lived most his life in Topeka, Kan. He moved to Mission in 1984.
Mr. Duley was a life member of Jimmie Lillard Post No. 31 of the American Legion at Rossville, Kan. He also was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and had attended the Church of the Assumption in Topeka, Kan.
He was married to Marquetta Francis. They were divorced. He later was married to Doris L. Nelson. She survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Diana D. Davis and Donna D. Duley, both of Topeka; and three stepdaughters, Bar-bara A. Lemon, Emporia, Kan., Lynn M. Drake, Overbrook, Kan., and Carol L. Al¬exander, Topeka, Kan.; two brother, Ray¬mond Duley, Mission, Texas, and Alfred Duley, Wheatland, Wyo.; a sister, Wanda Lee Johnsonbaugh, Washington Park, III.; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Mr. Duley was cremated. Memorial ser¬vices will be in Beloit, Kan., at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Jimmie-Lillard Post No. 31 of the American Legion at Rossville, Kan., 66533. Kreidler Funeral Home at McAllen, Texas, was in charge of arrangements.
