| Obituary- Graybeal, Glen Glen Graybeal
Glen Graybeal, 76, Delia, died Saturday at a Topeka hospital.
He was born Feb. 5, 1907, in Burlington, the son of Mart and Ida Watson Graybeal.
He served in the Army from September 1928 to November 1948. After retiring from the Army, he worked as a railroad and construction worker for several years.
He moved to Delia from Burlington in 1978 to live with a niece, Addie Beougher.
He was a member of United Methodist Church; Aerie No. 3577, Fraternal Order of Eagles; and Ferguson-Grennan Post No. 1030 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, all in Burlington; and Jimmie Lillard Post No. 31 of the American Legion, Rossville.
Survivors include two brothers, Henry Graybeal, 1839 W. 2nd, and Ted Graybeal, Emporia; two sisters, Pearl Graybeal, Oceanside, Calif., and Mrs. Bessie Terry, 916 Lindenwood.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Davidson Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the services. Inurnment will be in Graceland Cemetery, Burlington. Mr. Graybeal will lie in state after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home where the family will meet with friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
