Wilbur E. Graybeal, 59, Delia, died Sunday, October 18, 1992, at his home.
He was born June 25, 1933, in Burlington, the son of William Earl and Helen Elmira Tipton Graybeal.
Mr. Graybeal was in the U.S. Army from February 1955 to February 1957; the Army Reserve from 1957 to January 1963; and served in Korea during active duty. He was a construction laborer. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Delia.
He was married to Nancy Cott on August 29, 1959, in Emporia. She survives.
Other survivors include one son, Michael Newman, address unknown; four sisters, Ruth Sallee, Edgerton, Mo., Lucille Doherty, Aurora, Colo., Addie Beougher, Raymond, Yvonne Shepherd, Burlington, Colo.; three brothers, June Graybeal, Lyndon, Francis Graybeal, Bennett, Colo., Wesley Graybeal, Denver, Colo.
Services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Verschelden Chapel. Visitation is from 7:30 to 8:30 this evening (Tuesday) at Verschelden’s.
Burial will be in Delia Cemetery.
