  Obituary- Griffith, Maurine Maurine Griffith Maurine Elizabeth Griffith, 72, Silver Lake, died Tuesday, February 26, 2002, at a Rossville nursing home. Mrs. Griffith was a certified nursing assistant and worked as a heart technician at Stormont- Vail Regional Medical Center for 30 years. She was born October 19, 1929, in Delia, the daughter of John and Elizabeth Day Reedy. She had lived in Silver Lake for 40 years. Mrs. Griffith was a member of the First Baptist Church, Silver Lake. She married Arthur D. Griffith on July 21, 1951, at Topeka. He survives, of the home. Other survivors include two sons, David G. Griffith, Ozawkie, and Marvin D. Griffith, Delia; a daughter, Dorothy E. Arnold, Silver Lake; eight grandchildren; two step grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren. Her service was at 11 a.m. Friday at Parker-Price Mortuary Chapel, Topeka. Burial was in Prairie Home Cemetery. The family received friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Parker-Price Mortuary.
