Harry Gutshall and Mrs. Etta Boyles were quietly married last Thursday morning at 11:45 at Manhattan, and drove to White City, where they were over-night guests of his brother Carroll Gutshall and his family. Mr. and Mrs. Gutshall will be at home on the Gutshall farm just west of Rossville. |
 | Anniversary- Gutshall, Harry and Jennie Mr. and Mrs. Harry Gutshall were pleasantly surprised Wednesday evening on their first wedding anniversary by a group of friends. Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. Gutshall, Mr. and Mr. Albert Reser, Mr. and Mrs. Grover Kessler, Mr. and Mrs. Lon Berry, Mr. Finley Coffey, Mrs. Jessie Thompson and son Donald, Miss Jennie Heiland, Patty Lee and Frances Eversole, Mr. Harley Heiland, and Miss Anne Cullen. The evening was spent at cards and pulling taffy. |

 | Obituary- Gutshall, Harry 1 Harry Gutshall Dies Of Heart Attack
Harry F. Gutshall, 65, of Rural Rossville, died Monday morning of a heart attack. He was beginning to do some farm work and was struck by the attack as he sat on his tractor. He had stopped the engine.
He was born Sept. 27, 1899 at Rossville and had been a resident of this community all his life.
Mr. Gutshall was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Rossville and Security Benefit.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Etta Gutshall of the home; three foster children, Fred Coffey, Topeka, and Mrs. Patty Perry and Mrs. Phyllis Stadler, both of Rossville; two brothers, Carol Gutshall, Meade, Kansas, and William Gutshall, Camarilo, Calif.; and three sisters, Mrs. Bessie Perry, Emmett, Mrs. Verna Freeman, Bakersfield, California, and Mrs. Mildred Finney, Spokane, Wash.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Rossville Presbyterian Church with burial in the Rossville Cemetery. Parker Mortuary of Topeka is in charge of arrangements.
The family suggests contributions be made to the Heart Fund.
CARD OF THANKS - The family of Harry Gutshall gratefully acknowledge the many acts of kindness, the food, the cards of sympathy, the gifts to the Heart Fund and the beautiful floral offerings extended to us in our sorrow. It is comforting to know how many wonderful friends we have.

IN THE PROBATE COURT OF SHAWNEE COUNTY, KANSAS
In the Matter of the Estate of HARRY GUTSHALL, Deceased
No. 29486 NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR Notice is hereby given to the creditors, heirs, devisees and legatees of Harry Gutshall, deceased, and all others concerned, that on the 5th day of March, 1965, the undersigned was by the Probate Court of Shawnee County, Kansas, duly appointed and qualified as administrator of the Estate of Harry Gutshall, Deceased, late of Shawnee County, Kansas.
All parties interested in said estate will take notice and govern themselves accordingly. All creditors are notified to exhibit their demands against the said estate within nine months from the date of first publication of this notice as provided by law, and if their demands are not thus exhibited they shall be forever barred.
