Mr. and Mrs. Gutshall will be at home on the Gutshall farm just west of Rossville.
  		Anniversary- Gutshall, Harry and Jennie Mr. and Mrs. Harry Gutshall were pleasantly surprised Wednesday evening on their first wedding anniversary by a group of friends. Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. Gutshall, Mr. and Mr. Albert Reser, Mr. and Mrs. Grover Kessler, Mr. and Mrs. Lon Berry, Mr. Finley Coffey, Mrs. Jessie Thompson and son Donald, Miss Jennie Heiland, Patty Lee and Frances Eversole, Mr. Harley Heiland, and Miss Anne Cullen. The evening was spent at cards and pulling taffy.

• Documents » Slide Show		Obituary- Gutshall, Jennie 1 Mrs. Jennie Etta Gutshall ROSSVILLE — Mrs. Jennie Etta Gutshall, 96, Rossville, died Wednesday, Sept. 9, 1987, at a Rossville nursing home. Mrs. Gutshall had been a telephone operator. She was born Dec. 27, 1890, at Lenoir, N.C., the daughter of J.P. and Mary J. Minton Coffey. She moved to Junction City in 1894. Mrs. Gutshall was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Rossville. She was married to Arthur C. Boyles Aug. 21, 1910. He died Aug. 20, 1922. An infant son, Guy Boyles, died in 1919. She was married to Harry F. Gutshall Oct. 11, 1936. He died Feb. 22, 1965. Nieces and nephews survive. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Parker-Price Mortuary in Topeka. Burial will be in Rossville Cemetery. Mrs. Gutshall will lie in state after 2 p.m. Friday at the mortuary where relatives and friends will meet from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Presbyterian Church in Rossville, 66533.
  		Obituary- Gutshall, Jennie 2 J. ETTA GUTSHALL Mrs. J. Etta Gutshall, 96, Rossville, died Wednesday, September 9, 1987 at Rossville Valley Manor. She was born December 27, 1890, at Lenor, N.C., the daughter of J.P. and Mary J. Minton Coffey. She came to Kansas in 1894, and settled in Junction City with her parents, seven brothers and a sister, all of whom preceded her in death. She had helped raise three nieces and a nephew. She attended school at Junction City. Mrs. Gutshall was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Rossville. Mrs. Gutshall had been a telephone operator for several years. She was married to Arthur C. Boyles August 21, 1910. He died August 20, 1922. They were preceded in death by an infant son, Guy Boyles, in 1919. She was married to Harry F. Gutshall October 11, 1936. He died February 22, 1965. Surviving are nieces and nephews. Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Parker-Price Mortuary in Topeka with the Rev. Robert Sieh officiating. Interment was in Rossville Cemetery. The family received friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at mortuary. Memorial contributions may be made to the Rossville Presbyterian Church, Rossville, 66533.
  		Birthday- Lemon, Alverta and Boyles, Etta Miss Alverta Lemon and Mrs. Etta Boyles shared birthday honors at a party at the home of Mrs. Boyles on December 30.
