• Documents		Obituary- Frisbey, Blanche 1 Mrs. Blanche Frisbey Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home for Mrs. Blanche E. Frisbey, 96, Des Moines, Iowa, a former Kansas, who died Monday in a rest home at Des Moines. She was born Sept. 10, 1876, at Columbus, Kan., and lived at Delia from 1908 to 1949 when she moved to Des Moines, Iowa. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Delia, Royal Neighbors of America and Beacon Hill Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution at Des Moines. She was married to Dr. William R. Frisbey, a physician at Delia, 46 years. He died Aug. 11, 1953. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Martin Tollefson, Des Moines, Iowa, and Mrs. William P. George, Prairie Village; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Mrs. Frisbey will lie in state at the funeral home after 6 p.m. Wednesday. FRISBEY, BLANCHE – Age 76 [sic- error 96], Des Moines, Iowa, passed away December 18, 1972.
