Naomi E. Ganson, 92, of Willard, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2012, at the Midland Hospice House in Topeka.
She was born April 11, 1920, at Union Star, Mo., the daughter of Asbury Addison and Julia Johns Masters.
Naomi graduated from Troy High School, Troy, Kan.
She moved to the Rossville community in 1943 and to Willard in 1952. She had an antique shop in her home and had run the Willard grocery store for several years. She was a charter member of Jimmie Lillard Post No. 31 of the American Legion Auxiliary in Rossville.
Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth “Betty” (Don) Miller, Topeka and Marilene “Don” Stockman, Rossville; nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 31, at Piper Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Interment will be in the Rossville Cemetery, Rossville.
Mrs. Ganson will not lie in state.

NAOMI E. GANSON
Naomi E. Ganson of Willard, 92, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2012, at the Midland Hospice House in Topeka. She was born April 11, 1920, at Union Star, Mo., the daughter of Asbury Addison and Julia Johns Masters. Naomi graduated from Troy High School.
