• Documents » Slide Show		Obituary- Hladky, Emmanuel Centenarian Dies In Rest Home Emmanuel A. Hladky, 100, Rossville, died Thursday morning in a Topeka convalescent home. Born Jan. 20, 1867, in Milwaukee, Wis., he grew up in Shawnee County until about 1900 when he moved to the Rossville-Delia area where he was a farmer. He was married to Anna Lysek in 1914 in Delia. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Delia. Survivors include his wife of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Marie Frederick of the home, and three grandchildren. Services were at 9 a.m. Saturday in Sacred Heart Church with burial in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, St. Marys.
  		Birthday- Hladky, Emial 1 Nears Century Mark Mr. Emial Hladky of Rossville will celebrate his 99th birthday today, January 20. He is in fair health. He is the father of Mrs. Joe Fredericks [sic Frederick].
  		Birthday- Hladky, Emial 2 Emiel [sic Emial] Hladky will observe his 100th birthday on January 25, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Joe Frederick of Delia. Born in Milwaukee, Wisc., he comes from a long-lived family. One brother reached 95 and another 93 years of age.
