Mrs. Ellen Martinek, 87, Rossville, died Monday, April 13, 1987, at her home.
She was born March 15, 1900, at Marine, Ill., the daughter of Henry and Margaret McCain Boosinger. She spent her early life at Allen in Lyon County and had lived at Rossville since 1952.
Mrs. Martinek was a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge No. 1091 in Topeka. She donated hand-made quilts to churches and to the Moose Lodge.
She was married to Emil Martinek October 23, 1954, at Delia. He survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Doris Keith, Rossville; and a grandson.
Services were at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Verschelden Funeral Home at St. Marys. Burial was in Mount Calvary Cemetery at St. Marys.
