Ben C. Mileham
Ben C. Mileham, 83, St. Marys, died Saturday in a Topeka hospital. He had been ill several months.
He was born May 9, 1894, in Topeka and lived at Rossville many years. He lived in Flagstaff, Ariz., a few years and had lived in St. Marys since 1968. He had been wounded while serving in the Mexican-American border conflict in 1916.
He was married to Nellie Reboul in 1950 at flagstaff, Ariz. She survives, a daughter, Mrs. Mora Lee Wade, died in 1968.
Other survivors include a son, Benjamin D. Mileham, Winslow, Ariz.; six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at St. Marys. Burial will be in Rossville Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Monday at Verschelden Funeral Home at St. Marys.
