Moseley, Deceased, No, 30085 NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR The State of Kansas, To All Persons Concerned: You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in said Court by Joe M. Gresser, as an interested party in said estate, and as executor named in the Will of said decedent, praying for the admission to probate of the Will of Walter E. Moseley dated June 8, 1962 and codicil dated August 26, 1964, which is filed with said Petition, and for the appointment of Joe M, Gresser as executor of said Will, with bond, and you are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before the 5th day of January, 1966, at ten o’clock a.m. of said day, in said court, in the city of Topeka, Shawnee County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard.
