A surprise announcement was made this week of the marriage of Miss Loretta Hardin [sic], daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O.H. Hardin [sic], and Frank Marray [sic Murray] Jr., youngest son of Mr. Frank Murray. The marriage took place at Alma, Kansas, sometime in March.
At present Mr. and Mrs. Hardin [sic] are located at Willard. |

| Obituary- Murray, Loretta Loretta I. Murray
Loretta Isabelle Murray, 82, formerly of Topeka, died Thursday, January 16, 2003, at an Overbrook care home.
She was born July 9, 1920, in Havensville, the daughter of Orval Henry and Goldie Lister Harden. She had lived most of her life in the greater Topeka area before moving to Overbrook two years ago.
Mrs. Murray was a card reader for Hallmark for many years.
She married Frank Lester Murray. He survives.
Other survivors include two sons. Frank Murray and Larry Murray, both of Topeka; two daughters, Sondra Mosher, address unavailable, and Shirley Claiborne, Newport News, VA; two sisters, Marcella Wunder, Topeka, and Lola Patton, Seattle, WA; three brothers, Bob Harden, Rossville, Orval Harden, Manhattan, and Wilbur Harden in North Carolina; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and four great- great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Murray was preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher Dean Murray, Jr., on August 6,2002; and a great-grandson, Skyler Graber, on January 12, 2003.
Her service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Topeka. Visitation is Tuesday (this evening) at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m.
