| Obituary- Lesline, George GEORGE LESLINE
George D. Lesline, 76, farmer on Route 2, North Topeka, died Tuesday night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Gladys Tschantz, 1731 North Polk.
Mr. Lesline was born March 25, 1873 in Port Washington, Wis. He came to Wabaunsee County with his parents when a small child. After many years’ residence in the vicinity of Maple Hill, and Rossville, he moved to Topeka in 1918 and had lived there since.
Mr. Lesline was a member of the Maple Hill Methodist Church.
Survivors besides his daughter, include three grandchildren and four great-grand children.
Funeral services for George Lesline will be held Friday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock from the Eslinger Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rochester Cemetery.
