  Obituary- Parr, William N. WILLIAM PARR Services were at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Parker Mortuary for William Parr, 60, Topeka, who died Wednesday, January 7, 1976, in a Topeka hospital where he was admitted Saturday. He had emphysema. He was born April 23, 1915 in Rossville, and had lived in Topeka 35 years. He was employed by the water collection and control department before his retirement three years ago. He was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church in Topeka. He was married to Elrena Keller October 16, 1935 in Rossville. She survives. Other survivors include three sons, Marlin Parr, and Darrell Parr, both of Topeka; and Darwin Parr, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Sandra Luetje, Topeka; his mother, Mrs. Florence Puckett, and a stepfather, Leroy Puckett, both of Topeka; a brother, Glenn Parr, Onaga; and six grandchildren. Burial was in Rossville Cemetery. Casket bearers were Wilbur Norttcup, Jim Tustin, Claude McCabe, John Glidewell, Ernest Cook and Arthur Stovall. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kansas Lung Association.
