    John Loucene Reser
    John "Johnny" Loucene Reser, 35, ToŽpeka, died Wednesday, July 15, 1998, at a Topeka hospital.
    Mr. Reser was involved with the Topeka Association for Retarded Citizens, and InŽdividual Support Systems Inc. of Topeka.
    He was born May 31, 1963, at Topeka, the son of William Reser and Burdina V. Foster Reser. He was raised in Topeka and attended school at the Special PurŽpose School at the Kansas Neurological Institute.
    Mr. Reser attended church at the KNI Chapel and he was active in the Catholic Community Services. He also was a mem-ber of the Iowa Indian Tribe of Horton.
    Survivors include his father, William ReŽser, Topeka; a grandmother, Ruby Snider, Topeka; a legal guardian, Cindy Patterson, Meriden; a brother, Joe Reser, address unavailable, and two sisters, Amber Boyd and Lindsay Boyd, both of Meriden.
    Services will be at 10:30 a.m. today at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Valley Falls Catholic Cemetery. Mr. Reser will lie in state before service time today at the funeral home.
    Contributions may be made to the JohnŽny Reser Memorial Fund and sent in care of the funeral home.
