Mrs. Charles Tabbert, Perry, announces the marriage of her daughter, Mildred Marie, to Lawrence D. Reser, Rossville, on Saturday, November 26.
The marriage service was read by Rev. Irvin A, Unruh. Attending the couple were Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hannum, Wichita.
The bride and her attendant wore blue suits and navy blue and white accessories. Mrs. Reser’s corsage was of pink roses and Mrs. Hannum’ s was of pink carnations and roses.
Mrs. Reser is employed in the United States Attorney’ s office in Topeka and Mr. Reser is engaged in farming near Rossville where they will make their home.

| Obituary- Reser, Mildred MILDRED M. RESER
Services were at 2 p.m. Monday at Northland Christian Church in Topeka, for Mrs. Mildred Marie Reser, 71, who died Friday at a Topeka hospital.
She was born June 30, 1910, at Oskaloosa, the daughter of Charles H. and Anna Icks Tabbert. She lived several years in Rossville and most of her life in Topeka.
Mrs. Reser was a federal Civil Service secretary before she retired and was a member of Northland Christian Church.
She married Lawrence Reser in November 1960. He died in February 1973.
Survivors include a stepson, Larry Reser, Brownsville, Tex.; a brother, Louie Tabbert, Oskaloosa; and three stepgrandchildren.
Burial was in Rossville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Northland Christian Church, 3102 N. Topeka Ave., Topeka, 66617, or American Cancer Society, 3003 Van Buren, Topeka, 66611. Parker-Price Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
