Lyle A. Rice passed away May 1, 1955 in Seattle, Washington. He was born January 29, 1910, in Topeka, Kansas.
He retired after 24 years of Navy service April 30, 1955.
He is survived by his wife, Alma, of the home, his mother, Mrs. Daisy Rice of Rossville, Two sisters, Mrs. Jess Tush of Oahi, California, and Mrs. John Martel of Merriam, Kansas; two brothers, Lloyd of Culver City, California, and Frank Jr. of Colinga, California.
Mrs. Rice flew to California immediately upon receiving word of his death Monday morning.
