    ERNEST RONSSE
    Ernest F. Ronsse, 81, of St. Marys, Kansas, prominent lamb feeder and stockman died Monday afternoon in St. Francis Hospital, Topeka, after a short illness.

    He was born August 14, 1876 in Renaix, Belgium, and came to this country with his parents when he was 6 years old. He settled on a farm in the Sandy Hook Community near St. Marys, where he has since made his home.

    He was united in marriage to Nora Downing of St. Marys at the Immaculate Conception Church, St. Marys in 1911. Mrs. Ronsse preceded him in death July 22, 1947.

    Mr. Ronsse was associated with his brothers for many years in extensive lamb feeding, stock raising and farming.

    He was an Honorary Member of the Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus for fifty years. He was a member of the Farmers Union Sandy Hook Local for many years.

    The rosary was recited at 8:30 P. M. Wednesday at the Verschelden Funeral Home in St. Marys. Funeral services will be at 9:00 A M today at the Immaculate Conception Church, St. Marys. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, St. Marys.

    Mr. Ronsse is survived by one son, Ernest F. Ronsse, Jr. of the home, eight grand-children and one brother, Achille Ronsse, St. Marys. One son, Frank R. Ronsse, preceded him in death, March 9, 1957.
