| Obituary- Rosser, Frank 1 Frank L. Rosser
HOLTON — Frank Louis Rosser, 80, Holton, died Friday, Oct. 26, at a Topeka hospital. He had a heart ailment.
Mr. Rosser taught in Oklahoma and Kansas schools for 45 years, including schools at Glendale for 11 years and Delia for 23 years. He was superintendent at Jackson Heights Elementary School for six years before he retired in 1972. For the past 10 years he was associated with Bill Lewis Realtors at Topeka.
He was born Dec. 20, 1903, in a log cabin on Indian territory near Tahlequah, Oklahoma, the son of William Albert and Minnie Ann Latta Rosser. He was graduated with a teaching degree from Northeastern State College, Tahlequah, and later with a master’s degree from Emporia State Teachers College.
Mr. Rosser was a member of Holton Presbyterian Church, the Holton Chapter No. 79 of Royal Arch masons at Holton, Delia Lodge No. 419, AF&AM, at Delia, Washington Commandry No. 2 of Knights Templar, Atchison, and Holton Lions Club. He also was active in Kansas Retired Teachers Association where he held a state office in community service and had been active in 4-H work.
He was married to Minnie Berkley May 18, 1935, at Manhattan. She survives.

| Obituary- Rosser, Frank 2 Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Karen E. Heidebrecht, Wichita, and Mrs. Marilyn Campbell, Rossville; a sister, Mrs. Jettie Reed, Knoxville, Tenn.; two brothers, Hubert H. Rosser, Joseph, Ore., and Lloyd W. Rosser, Minneapolis, Minn.; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Parker-Price Mortuary. Delia Lodge No. 419, AF&AM, will conduct graveside services in Rossville Cemetery. Mr. Rosser will lie in state from 5 p.m. today until 3 p.m. Monday at the mortuary where the family will receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m. today. Memorial contributions may be made to Rock Springs 4-H Ranch, Kansas 4-H Foundation, Room 116 Umberger Hall, Kansas State University, Manhattan, 66506.
