| Obituary- Sanders, Charles Charles Sanders
Charles H. Sanders died Saturday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Sanders, following a year’s illness with a cancer. The deceased was a native of Rossville Township where he was born April 30, 1871, and had lived all his life in the home where he died – the old Sanders home northwest of Rossville. At the time of his death he was 52 years, 5 months and 6 days old.
He was a charter member of the local M.W.A. lodge and the order had charge of the service at the cemetery. The funeral service was conducted at the home Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock, conducted by the Rev. J.C. Owens who is conducting services at present in the Rossville Christian Church.
He leaves to mourn his departure his brother, William Sanders and one sister, Mrs. M.E. Myers, of Rossville. The pallbearers were lodge brethren including M.L. Whearty, Carl Harshbarger, Norman White, J.F. Zook, Roy Hawks and Harry Jamieson.
