    Carolyn Schilling
    Carolyn Sue Schilling, 53, Silver Lake, died Friday, Feb. 14,2003, at a Topeka hospital.

    Mrs. Schilling was co-owner of C-N Schilling Dump Trucking, and she had been a certified nurses aide for Rossville Valley Manor. She also worked in data entry for 16 years.

    She was born Sept. 7,1949, in Topeka, to Curtis “Joe” Anthony and Betty Jean Naylor Skelton. She graduated from Highland Park High School in 1967 and attended Business College.

    She married Neil Wayne Schilling on March 29, 1980, in Onaga. He survives.

    Other survivors include three daughters, Michelle Leonhart, in Kansas, and Jordan Schilling and Jade Schilling, both of Silver Lake; a son, Dallas Schilling, Silver Lake; a brother, Jim Skelton, Cut Bank, Mont.; and two sisters, Mary Jo Hayner, Fountain, Colo., and Rene Thompson, Blue Springs, Mo.

    Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Rossville Christian Church. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Mrs. Schilling will lie in state after 3 p.m. Monday at Parker-Price Mortuary, where visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m.
