  Obituary- Shoebotham, Rose MRS. ROSE SHOEBOTHAM Rose Lee Eddleman was born in Winston Salem, North Carolina on June 15, 1884. She came to Iowa with her family later moving to Omaha, Neb., where she received her education. She served as a teacher in the Jefferson county schools for several years. On June 28, 1905, she was united in marriage to Ernst Shoebotham. They resided in that community for a number of years, then moved to Topeka. While residing in Topeka she served as associate pastor with the Rev. Clark Buckner, of the First Christian church. The Shoebotham family resided in Rossville community a number of years, leaving here about five years ago to reside at Fairbury, Neb., where she passed away Thursday evening, November 16. She is survived by her husband and one daughter, Isabel. Wherever she resided, her family, church and friends were her center of interest. Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, November 19 in the First Christian Church in Fairbury. Burial was in the cemetery there.
