NOTICE OF HEARING The State of Kansas To All Persons Concerned:
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in said Court by Don 0. Stovall and Maxine Hovorka, as heirs-at-law of Mildred A. Stovall, also known as Mildred Stoval, deceased, praying for the determination of the descent of the following described-real estate, to- wit:
The West 60 feet of Lots 50 and 52 on Pine Street, in the City of Rossville, in Shawnee County, Kansas;
and all other property, real and personal, or interests therein, owned by the said Mildred A. Stovall, also known as Mildred Stoval, at the time of her death; and you are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before the 26th day of May, 1958, at 10:00 o’clock, A.M., of said day, in said Court, in the City of Topeka, in Shawnee County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said petition.

| Obituary- Stovall, Mildred 2 MRS. MILDRED STOVALL
Services for Mrs. Mildred A. Stovall, 59, a Rossville resident who died Thursday were at 2 pm Saturday at the Rossville Methodist church conducted by Rev. Don Jones. Music was furnished by Mrs. Don Jones and Miss Lynda Wilt. They were accompanied by Mrs. Joe Campbell at the piano. Burial was in the Rossville cemetery with Hurley Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Pallbearers were Charles Berkey, Sam Cottle, Francis Pardee, Leo Berry, Carl Rupin and William Hesse.
Mrs. Stovall was a native of La Junta, Colo., and was a member of the Rossville Methodist church and American Legion auxiliary.
She was married May 7, 1921 to Aaron Earl Stovall who preceded her in death in January 1951. Also preceding her in death was an infant daughter who died in 1923.
She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Maxine L. Hovorka of Richland, Wash.; a son, Don 0. Stovall of Fort Benning, Ga.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Denson of Modesto, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Rex Bell of Sunnyside, Wash. Mrs. Opal Looke of Austin, Texas, and Mrs. Clarence Smith of San Diego, Calif.
and three brothers, Forest Denson and Burdett Denson, both of Sunnyside, and Bryan Denson of Midland, Texas.
