  Obituary- Winkler, Ray Ray F. Winkler Ray F. Winkler, 78, Topeka, died Monday, Jan. 28, 1991, at a local nursing home. Mr. Winkler worked 37 years for Mobile Oil Pipeline production division before he retired. He was born Oct. 29, 1912, near Alma, the son of Theodore and Mary Sharri Winkler. He attended Topeka High School and was graduated from Washburn University in 1936. Mr. Winkler was a member of the Orient Lodge No. 51 A.F&A.M. and First United Methodist Church in Topeka. He was married to Virginia Shaw June 13, 1938, at Glendale, Calif. She survives. Other survivors include two daughters, Linda Houck, Delia, and Donna Hodges, Topeka; a sister, Hazel Voigt, Topeka; and four grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Topeka/Shawnee County Chapter of the American Parkinson's Disease Association, P.O. Box 251, Topeka, 66601, or the charity of the donor's choice.
