Donald B. Woodley, 80, 5000 Huntoon, died Tuesday in a Topeka nursing home.
He was born June 16, 1898, at Hoyt and spent many years in Topeka. He formerly lived at 838 Arter 32 years.
Mr. Woodley formerly owned and operated grain elevators in western Kansas and later worked for Kansas Power and Light in Topeka before he retired in 1963.
He was a member of Lowman United Methodist Church and Delia Lodge No. 419, AF&AM, at Delia.
He was married to Ethel Pointer Oct. 7.1923, at Johnson. She survives. A son. Bob Woodley, died in 1976.
Other survivors include a daughter, Virginia Woodley, Topeka; a son, Donald Woodley, Portland, Ore.; and four grandsons.
Parker-Price Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Prairie Home Cemetery.
