| Obituary- Johnson, Alfred ALFRED ERVIN JOHNSON DEAD
Alfred Ervin Johnson died Tuesday evening at 6:55 at his home on Spruce street.
His death followed a seventeen weeks illness which started with an attack of the Flu and later developed into pernicious anemia.
Mr. Johnson come here about a year ago and until a short time before he became ill was meat cutter in the Williams Grocery here.
He is survived by his wife, son, Percy G. Johnson of Willard daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Streeter of Topeka; by six grand children and by two brothers, Charles Johnson of Holton and James Johnson of Soldier Miss Inez M. Irwin of Topeka is a niece.
A short service was conducted today at Holton at 11 o’clock. Funeral services were conducted at Soldier at the Christian church today at 2 o’clock. Burial was in the Soldier city cemetery.
