| Obituary- Kincaid, Amelia MRS. AMELIA KINCAID
Graveside services were at 1 p.m. Monday at Topeka Cemetery for Mrs. Amelia R. “Mollie” Kincaid, 87, Rossville, who died Friday, September 29, 1978, in a Topeka hospital where she was admitted earlier the same day.
She was born September 29, 1891, in Topeka and spent most of her life in the Topeka community.
She was a member of Oakland Christian Church, the Tecumseh Grange, and the Happy Homemakers Club. She was a Gold Star Navy Mother and was a 50-year member of the Victory Highway Club.
She was married to William W. Parr in 1912. He died in 1931. She was married to Stewart V. Kincaid in 1933. He died in 1976. A son, Richard S. Parr, died in 1946.
Survivors include a son, William W. Parr, Rossville; a brother, Theodore Wunsch, Nixa, Mo.; five grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Newcomer-Diffenderfer Funral Home was in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to First Lutheran Church, 1234 Fairlawn Road, Topeka, 66604.
