Obituary- Bond, Walter 2
Mr. Bond came to Kansas with his parents in 1869, living here the past 56 years and is among the earliest of the settlers of this community.
He was united in marriage on January 22, 1884, to Barbara Brashear and to his union five children were born, all of whom with the widow survive. They are Mrs. J.T. Glynn St. Marys, Mrs. Charles Zemik [Zemek], St. Marys, W.H. Bond of the home address, Vernon Bond, of Monroe, Mich., Sam A. Bond of Kansas City, Mo. Other surviving relatives are his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Bond and three sisters, Mrs. John James, Mrs. J.W. Jamieson, of Topeka, Miss Margaret Bond of Rossville; and five grandchildren.
