Anniversary- Gooden, Charles and Jeanette

CHARLES and JEANETTE GOODEN, residents of Rossville Valley Manor, celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary on June 17. The Goodens had nine children, seven are still living. They have a number of grandchildren.

Friends and relatives sent many congratulatory cards to the Goodens for their anniversary and extended best wishes. A lovely cake, baked by Manor cook Mary Fangman, was shared with all the residents. The employees of the Manor signed a large card and presented it to them. Cheryl's Plantation, St. Marys, gave the couple lovely flowers -- a gold carnation and daisy corsage for Mrs. Gooden and a gold carnation boutonniere for Mr. Gooden.
