Pearl Jacobsen
John B. “Jake” and Pearl Jacobsen of Delia will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary as guests of honor at a reception and dance beginning at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Eagles Club at 21808 218th Road, located two miles south of Holton.

Hosts will be their children, Dale and Carolyn Jacobsen, Herington, and Bonita and Wilbur Stum Jr., Rossville.

John B. Jacobsen and Pearl DeVee McDonald were married March 1, 1947, at Geneva, Neb. They moved to the Emmett community in 1956. They continue to ranch northeast of Delia.
