Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Casto of Santa Monica, California, announce the birth of twins, a boy and a girl, Saturday, July 31. They each weighed 4 pounds, 4 ounces. The Castos have two other children, Michael, 14 years, and Connie, 12 years. Grandparents are Mrs. Eva McClain of Rossville, Mr. Roy McClain of Delia, and Mr. and Mrs. Casto of Topeka.
