MRS. BETTIE CURRAN

Mrs. Bettie Curran, 91, Mayetta, died Wednesday, November 7, 1979, at an Onaga hospital.

She was born September 12, 1888, at Vesta, Nebr., the daughter of William L. and Martha Crouse Adams.

Mrs. Curran lived in the Mayetta community since moving from the Delia and Hoyt communities in 1945.

She was married to John C. Curran June 4, 1921. He died January 21, 1967.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Betty Buehler, Mayetta; two sons, William R. Curran, Holton, and John F. Curran, Mayetta; two sisters, Mrs. Thelma Armagost, Kansas City, and Mrs. Griffie Andrick, Rossville; two brothers, Walter Adams, Rossville, and Irvin Adams, Holton; ten grandchildren, and seven greatgrandchildren.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Mercer Funeral Home, Holton. Burial will be in the Delia U.B. Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Onaga Community Hospital, Onaga, Ks. 66521.
