MRS. NELLIE FEAKER
Services were at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Parker Mortuary for Mrs. Nellie E. Feaker, 80, Topeka, who died Tuesday in a Topeka nursing home where she had been about two months.
She was born October 25, 1893, at Guthrie, Okla., and spent her early life in the Delia community. She lived in Topeka since 1922.
She was a member of Second Presbyterian Church, Helena Chapter No. 210, Order of Eastern Star, and the Navy Mothers Club.
She was married to Frederick J. Feaker April 21, 1915, at Delia. He survives. A daughter, Mrs. Melva Hamilton, died May 10, 1964.
Other survivors include three sons, Fred E. Feaker and Richard C. Feaker, both of Topeka; and Darrell L. Feaker, Barrington, Ill.; a daughter, Mrs. Lavenna M. Newell, Topeka; a sister, Mrs. Lawrence M. Stewart, Osage City; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Burial was in Delia Cemetery.
