Francis Hanrahan
DELIA — Francis B. Hanrahan, 59, Delia, died Saturday in a St. Marys physician’s office. He had emphysema and asthma several years and had been a patient in a Topeka hospital last May.
He was born June 25, 1912, at Delia and spent most of his life in the Delia community. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church at Delia and Royal Neighbors of America and the Security Benefit Assn.
He was married to Clementine Allen Dec. 5, 1935, at St. Marys. She survives.
Other survivors include a son, Patrick Hanrahan, 1312 N. Tyler, Topeka; three daughters, Mrs. Dolores Partridge, Dansville, N.Y., Mrs. Marlene Collins, Almont, Mich., and Mrs. Regina Goss, Delia; his mother, Mrs. Mary Hanrahan, Delia; two sisters, Mrs. Zita Allen, 1801 E. 6th, and Mrs. Helen Dohrman, Newton; and 10 grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at Delia. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery at St. Marys. Wake service will be at 8 p.m. Monday at Verschelden Funeral Home at St. Marys.
