Mary Stamp Hansan
Mrs. Mary Stamp Hansan, 56, wife of Joe Hansan, a former St. Marys citizen, died Wednesday morning at her home in Kansas City.
Funeral mass will be in the Catholic Church in Kansas City at 10 o’clock Saturday and the body brought to Rossville Cemetery for burial. A graveside service held there early Saturday afternoon.
Mrs. Hansan was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Stamp. She was born in Rossville and lived here until her marriage.
Besides her husband she is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Stella Burns of Colorado; Mrs. Herman Johnson, of Eskridge and Edwin Stamp of Wyoming.
MARY MARTHA HANSAN
Mary Martha Hansan was born November 22, 1895, at Rossville, and passed away at her home in Kansas City, Mo., Nov. 12, 1952 from a heart attack.
She was the daughter of Albert and Roena Stamp. Both have preceded her in death.
She was united in marriage to Joseph F. Hansan of St. Marys, in July 1924, where they made their home until they moved to Kansas City, in 1938.
Besides her husband she is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Estella Burns, Swink, Colo.; Mrs. Nora Hegg, Lincoln, Nebr., and Mrs. Josephine Johnson, Eskridge; and two brothers, Edwin Stamp, Green River, Wyo.; and Clarence Stamp, Rawlings, Wyo.
Funeral services were conducted in Kansas City, at 9 a.m. from the Catholic church, with burial in the Rossville cemetery, Saturday, Nov. 15.
