Mrs. Adelle Bills
Mrs. Adelle V. Bills, 86, died Sunday in a Topeka hospital. She was born October 24, 1872, at Corning. Her husband, George C. Bills, died in October, 1939.
Mrs. Bills moved to Topeka about a year ago. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Whiteman and Mrs. Elma Cochran, both of Route 6, Topeka; eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2 p m in the Rossville Methodist Church, the Rev. Ray Hodgell officiating. Burial was in Prairie Home Cemetery. Parker Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
