Virgil Dean Lambotte
HARVEYVILLE — Virgil Dean Lambotte, 80, Olathe, formerly of Harveyville, died Thursday, May 5,1994, at an Olathe nursing home.

Mr. Lambotte was a farmer and stockman. He had lived his life in the Harveyville and Dover areas.

He was born Jan. 27, 1914, near Dover, the son of Lee and Martha Warner Lambotte.

Mr. Lambotte was a member of the Dover Federated Church.

He was married to Revean Pace Lambotte. She died. He was married to Helen Barden on April 6, 1973, in Topeka. She survives.

Other survivors include a stepson, Marvin Barden, Olathe; two brothers, Norman Lambotte, Rossville, and Elden Lambotte, Hiawatha; five step- grandchildren; and 13 stepgreat- grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Dover Federated Church. Burial will be at the Dover Cemetery. Mr. Lambotte will lie in state at the Crable Funeral Chapel in Eskridge from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dover Federated Church and sent in care of the funeral home.
